Products, Handmade Nature & Natural Variations

All September Skin™ products are handmade in small batches with care and intention.

Due to the artisanal nature of our products and the use of natural ingredients, slight variations may occur between batches. This may include differences in:

Overall appearance

Natural butters and oils may vary in shade depending on seasonal sourcing and temperature changes. Where pigments or micas are used, colour intensity may differ slightly from batch to batch.

These variations are normal and do not affect the quality, safety, or performance of the product.

Product images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is processed securely via approved third-party payment providers. September Skin does not store full card details on its servers.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Product availability
Payment authorisation failure
Suspected fraud
Errors in pricing or product information

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

September Skin™ is not responsible for courier delays, public holidays, incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Product Use & Skin Sensitivity

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to purchase.

We recommend performing a patch test before full application. Individual skin responses may vary based on sensitivities, allergies, or environmental factors.

September Skin shall not be liable for adverse reactions resulting from failure to review ingredients or conduct a patch test.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, September Skin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
